I was lucky enough to head up to gorgeous Utah for this wedding and bridal session.  Emily was a gorgeous and classic bride, and I had a great time, along with my sister/assistant capturing the special moments.  Here are some of the lovely Emily’s bridals.

Sid and Destiny are officially husband and wife!  What a beautiful day, and what a perfect couple.  It was a hot August day, but there was so much bliss going on, I don’t think the two of them even noticed the heat:)  They were married in the Las Vegas LDS temple and then had their reception at the lovely Vitner Grill (one of my favorite venues.)  The reception was perfect, and I couldn’t keep the smile off of my face as I took photos of everyone dancing.  Let’s just say, that a good time was had by all!  Destiny and Sid are such a gracious, sweet, fabulous, gorgeous couple and I wish them a life of love and happiness.  

I am only about 5,000 shoots behind on this blog…. o.k. maybe I’m exaggerating a little:)  But here is a cute shot of a recent wedding of one of my favorite couples!  Stay tuned 5 weddings to post and lots more!!

With all of this heat…. let’s cool off a bit.  Here is a family shoot taken in beautiful Mount Charleston in February.  It wasn’t long before the kids had enough of the cold, but we pulled of some good shots.  Thanks B Family!

Check out this super rad rodeo riding senior.  Seriously though, we were dealing with 5 horses and it was definitely an experience I have never had before.  I know nothing about horses, so I think I was talking to them like they were dogs…. luckily Cyd and family were patient with my lack of horse knowledge.  We had a blast and I have a new appreciation for these beautiful animals.  Cydney is pretty much famous in the rodeo riding world, (I am sure she will love that I said that:) and she got a scholarship for her amazing talents and is off to school soon.  Best of luck to you!!!!

Beautiful couple, beautiful day, and I’m lucky enough to be related (by marriage) but still related.  Kendall looked super dapper in his Marine “get up” and I was rather impressed that he got to carry a sword.  Heather was of course stunning, and such a gracious, kind, and ‘go with the flow’ kind of a bride.  The ring ceremony and reception was at the Ravella at Lake Las Vegas which had the most stunning sunset.  Thank you Heather and Kendall!!

What a beautiful day.  April and Craig are such a fabulous couple that are obviously meant to be together.  It was such a pleasure to witness their lovely ceremony and meet such great families.  I will say I got a little teary eyed during the toasts… with as many weddings as I attend, I try to keep my emotions in tact, but I was amazed by their love for each other and the love story of two truly wonderful people finding each other.  April was such an organized bride, I mean really really organized and it definitely paid off.  Everything was so perfect including all of the small details that April added to make the day memorable.  I am a lucky girl to have such great clients.

Thank you April and Craig, I wish you a life of love and happiness.

I love newborns, what more can I say??

Kristin is a pretty awesome chick.  She is not only beautiful, but quite the brains also.  (She’s heading to BYU in the fall….,  I feel like a proud mom bragging…:)  Hopefully she isn’t too scarred from the homeless watching her change, or the random strangers taking pictures, or the sound of a gun shot in the street ally. – Don’t worry, her mom was there and said it was no big deal and keep shooting (I mean taking photos…)  Thank you Kristin for the fun, and for being a huge part in helping my daughter make cheerleading.  Best of luck, go knock the world dead.
